Sapphire Skies for Dashwood Studio

I'm excited to share with you some photos of Sapphire Skies collection for Dashwood Studio. These quilting fabrics in beautiful blues feature hummingbirds and damselflies on the wing, cloud-like cotton flowers, twirling feathers, and abstract raindrops.

The hero of the collection is Hummingbird Orchid. This print has lots of flow and movement. It comes in two colourways: on a blue background, and also on white.

Here's a close-up of Cotton Clouds (floral with selvedge) and Peacock Twirl (feathers).

Here you can see the delicate details of Damselfly Dance. The white colourway of Hummingbird Orchid is to the left.

Raindrops & Sunbeams, which I designed using paper cutouts, completes the sky-themed collection.
